dc.description.abstractCannabis used as both for medicine as well as recreational purposes. Extensive use is associated with many documented central nervous system and hepatic manifestation. How-ever only few cases are reported in literature with cardiac and hematological manifestation. Our case report is one of its kinds where our patient presents with thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura and atrial fibrillation and he required extensive treatment including plasmapharesis.
