Objectives: To investigate the association between physical activity (PA) levels and clinical outcomes in patients with ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI) without comorbidities. Methodology: A total of 300 STEMI patients were enrolled and categorized into three groups based on PA levels: Low, Moderate, and High. Key clinical parameters—including ejection fraction, 6-minute walk test distance, quality of life scores, and mortality—were analyzed. Statistical methods such as chi-square and t-tests were applied to evaluate associations between PA levels and clinical outcomes. Results: Patients in the High PA group demonstrated significantly superior clinical outcomes. Their mean ejection fraction was 56.1 ± 8.3% (p = 0.002), and their 6-minute walk distance averaged 470 ± 60 meters (p = 0.001). Quality of life scores were also higher (85 ± 12, p = 0.000). Mortality in the High PA group was 10%, compared to 20% in the Low PA group (p = 0.021). Re-infarction rates were 5% in the High PA group versus 15% in the Low PA group (p = 0.032). Similarly, the incidence of left ventricular dysfunction was significantly lower in the High PA group (10%, p = 0.040). Conclusion: Higher physical activity levels are significantly associated with better clinical outcomes in STEMI patients without comorbidities. These findings highlight the essential role of incorporating PA into cardiac rehabilitation programs to improve recovery and long-term cardiovascular health.
