Execute a prescribed Rs. 50,000/— bond. Obtain an NOC from the Health Ministry. Obtain an NOC from the Cabinet Division if the visit is official. Obtain an NOC addressed to the State Bank to have his papers processed irrespective /‘ whether the ticket is being purchased locally or coming from abroad and. irrespect ive of whether aiy foreign exchange is desired or not. To ensure that lie returns within the prescribed period on the 1VOC or face a forfoiture of the 1,ond money and departmental action.
